About Yagr
A fairer way to find and list property in South Africa.
Property search in South Africa has been built around the seller who pays the most, not the buyer trying to find a home. We think it can work the other way round: a feed that respects your time, listings ranked on how well they fit, and pricing that is the same for everyone.
So we built Yagr around three ideas: search that works the way you talk, a feed that learns what you have already rejected, and one flat price to list, with no tiers, no paid placement, and no cliffs.
For buyers
You should not have to see it again.
A home search is personal, but most feeds treat everyone the same, and keep re-surfacing stock you have already looked at and passed on. Your time and the portal's incentives end up pulling in opposite directions.
Yagr's feed is yours. When you skip a property, save a comment, or react to a photo, those signals shape what you see next. A search you run once becomes a hunt you can return to, and your co-buyer sees the same shortlist, not a separate one.
Search is in plain language. Describe what you want (three bedrooms near good schools in the Southern Suburbs, close to a main road) and we map it to results. No dropdown archaeology required.
For sellers and agents
One plan. No cliffs.
Yagr has one plan after launch: R250 per month while live. During our launch period, listings are free until 31 May 2027. Agents and private sellers pay the same rate.
Unlimited images, analytics, and buyer alerts are included, not sold back to you as upgrades. You pay month to month while your listing is live, and you cancel by taking it down. There is nothing to upgrade and no minimum term.
If you use a CRM that supports multiple listing providers, you can add Yagr without changing your workflow. No switching cost, no double-entry.

We want to provide the most up-to-date tools to match users with the properties they want, not the properties we are paid to promote. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
Same rules for everyone
Agents and private sellers pay the same rate per listing. No volume discounts, no preferred tiers, no back-room deals.
No re-serving dismissed results
Once you skip a property, we remember. Your feed does not loop. Your time is not ours to waste.
Ranking by relevance, not payment
Results are ordered by how well they match what you asked for. We do not accept payment to reorder them.
Works with your CRM
Agents can add Yagr as a listing provider in their existing CRM. No switching, no double-entry.
Property data in the open
The facts we hold about a listing are shown on the listing, not gated behind a contact form. Deeds-backed ownership verification is rolling out.

Yagr is not finished. Listing volumes are growing, and deeds-backed verification, rental search, deeper market intelligence, and richer agent tools are all on the roadmap. The foundation is in place: honest pricing and search that respects your time.
